At Velora.Vaultx, we focus on delivering quality products and a smooth experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor differences in expectations

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Order details

After verification, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

4. Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
